Service Usage Limits
We reserve the right to enforce reasonable limits on your use of the service, including storage space, processing capacity, and API requests. Excessive usage may result in service limitations or account suspension.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to BookFormat. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

BookFormat and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Plans
- Billed in advance on recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Cancel subscription anytime through account settings
Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may provide refunds for exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us at support@bookformat.online.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the service and contacting us to close your account. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of serious violations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookFormat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Warranty Disclaimer
BookFormat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookFormat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of BookFormat after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
